Delta Hotels New York Times Square Reviews

Delta is right next to the bus terminal despite I have requested a room on the higher floor (and the staff promised to place us in a quiet room at upper floor). We were given a room on 6th floor where our nightmare began. The soundproof of the windows are mediocre that we could hear every buses passed by inside the terminal building, all the horns and alarm throughout the day and night. The room itself is clean and renovated but one can tell the lift and room doors haven't been changed unlike a new built. The bathroom wash basin is very petite, shower without a door and the pressure is weak. Luggage storage staff is friendly and efficient.

Room a bit small for double bed for 3paxs. Luggages need to figure out how to open up. Is definitely not a queen bed and looks more like a super twin bed. Location is good to train stations and Times Square.

Frendly reseption, fast paperwork preparation and keys recieving. Wifi at the room working very well. Very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee at the room. Tv - lots of chanals

The staff was very very nice and it’s well located close to a metro station. Only thing is that there’s no breakfast and the coffee machine in the room was broken

The hotel is under the Marriott brand. Wonderful location, reasonable price, the facility is quite new.

The location is great but the room smelled bad and sound proof is not good too. Quite disappointed for a Marriott hotel. I would pay more for AC Hotel Time Square which is also a Marriott Hotel.

Avoid room 3210 on the top floor, or any room ending in 10, because that means it's between two elevators, and the elevator noise lasts a long time being loud, and the air conditioner is noisy, but it's okay to sleep with it off. Overall it was ok and worth the price, it's only £450 for four nights in this location and you can't ask for more.

Great stay in city center. Very good location. Decent room for the stay. In NYC, it’s very easy to be scammed by pictures and room size but this hotel had a decent size room where there was two beds and a crib with room for walking. Clean. Good customer service.

This time in New York, I checked into the hotel near Times Square again. It's my third stay here. I choose this hotel mainly for two reasons. Firstly, its location is excellent. I can reach popular places on foot and the transportation nearby is convenient. Secondly, the price is affordable. It offers high cost - effectiveness from Monday to Thursday. Although the price increases on weekends, it's still acceptable. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The bed is soft, which can quickly relieve fatigue. Like most hotels in the US, it doesn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, and I have to get water from the corridor. However, these don't affect my experience. The convenient transportation and comfortable room make my trip very pleasant. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to New York in the future.

Very convenient. So close Port authority Bus Station. No more than 3 minute walk to hotel and is just around corner from it. Very clean
