Avoid room 3210 on the top floor, or any room ending in 10, because that means it's between two elevators, and the elevator noise lasts a long time being loud, and the air conditioner is noisy, but it's okay to sleep with it off. Overall it was ok and worth the price, it's only £450 for four nights in this location and you can't ask for more.

We had an excellent stay at the Delta Marriott Hotel in New York City. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Great stay in city center. Very good location. Decent room for the stay. In NYC, it’s very easy to be scammed by pictures and room size but this hotel had a decent size room where there was two beds and a crib with room for walking. Clean. Good customer service.

This time in New York, I checked into the hotel near Times Square again. It's my third stay here. I choose this hotel mainly for two reasons. Firstly, its location is excellent. I can reach popular places on foot and the transportation nearby is convenient. Secondly, the price is affordable. It offers high cost - effectiveness from Monday to Thursday. Although the price increases on weekends, it's still acceptable. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The bed is soft, which can quickly relieve fatigue. Like most hotels in the US, it doesn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, and I have to get water from the corridor. However, these don't affect my experience. The convenient transportation and comfortable room make my trip very pleasant. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to New York in the future.

Very convenient. So close Port authority Bus Station. No more than 3 minute walk to hotel and is just around corner from it. Very clean

The location was great, staff were awesome, shower wasn’t great, and gym equipment was not cleaned. Generally, we enjoyed our stay

I wanted to share my recent experience at the hotel. Firstly, the hotel was clean,however, it was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone on holiday seeking a good night's rest. Secondly, the toilet in my room had issues with the flushing and got clogged often. The hotel claims to be located in Times Square, but it is actually about a 15-minute walk away. The proximity to the bus terminal made me uncomfortable due to the presence of intoxicated individuals in the area. I was with my two teenage daughters, aged 16 and 14, and felt unsafe walking back to the hotel at night. And out side small like bad also. Please take this into consideration when booking accommodations in the area.

I booked 5 rooms with my family. We checked in in the afternoon and went out to play. When we came back, we found that one of the rooms was occupied by someone else. Fortunately, our luggage was placed in another room. This was a serious mistake.

I love this hotel. My only issue is the elevator- it a small, slow and dated. Rooms i got was large enough got me. Its My go to hotsl in Manhattan!

As soon as we walked in our room I noticed the floor ripped up right in front of the washroom. I went to have a bath the last night we stayed and the drain plug would not lock. ….. very disappointing. The bed sheets had black speckles through out and hair. Not impressed…… The front staff was incredible. Very impressed .
