We have stayed here before. Service, Rooms and Breakfast good.

Service was good, room not up to expectation

The facilities are average, like a three-star hotel in China. The environment outside is average, but the service of the service staff is good. In addition, everything can be bargained in India.

There is no problem with the hotel. There was no reservation. I was almost homeless at night in Delhi, India. By chance, there was a room available, so I was able to stay, but it was a frightening experience. I was able to contact them through chat, but I couldn't send a reply from here, and they were just making one-sided inquiries, so the refund process has not progressed and is still pending! India

Don't make a reservation. There are too many pictures. The room is dirty and I'm scared. Like a scam, this hotel is a scam no see .

I will come back next time

Three kms from airport. Set amongst a bustling market/bazaar atmosphere made for our group the perfect stop/shop before we headed home. Rooms were very clean ac n hot water worked. If hotel could give a bit more shampoo considering double room would be helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate

Hotel is very very neat and clean and staff is very friendly and polite. The important thing all necessities are in 2 mins walking distance like Pharmacy, Confectionery, clothing etc. Rooms are spaceious beding is very clean Breakfast is awesome … over all staying in Hotel Classic Diplomat is worthfull.

We had a one nighter while waiting for a morning fight out of Delhi. The accommodation was basic but clean, the food in the restaurant was surprisingly very good and the breakfast was standard..3.5 stars would have been my rating but 4 at a big push.

Staff are not responding for calls, regarding room availability checking Its been multiple times I called them regarding the enquiry but no response from there end... In the website its showing only price so wanted to confirm the room availability

Avoid if possible. The ladies at the Reception are arrogant and make it look like the guest is there to bother them. I had 2 male staff insisting to send me to my room even though I only had 1 bag just for the tips. The Hotel is by the main road and as such it is noisy. You can hear vehicles sounding their horns all the time. Breakfast was nothing write about......somewhat basic I would say. The wifi here is cumbersome. While the connectivity is good, you need to collect a coupon from the Reception. Once you step out of the Hotel, you need another code to access the Wifi.

no hot water - cold shower, no toliet water - toilet water only for one (first) flush only, dirty bed linen - already used and dirty (hair, stains); there was no dessert for dinner - they didn't add it;
