Good hotels

Nice location good service.

Not So good hotel.

The hotel where I stayed this time was extremely clean and I was able to have a comfortable stay. Not only the rooms, but also the common spaces such as the lobby, hallways and bathrooms were carefully cleaned in every nook and cranny, so I did not feel uncomfortable at all during my stay. The bed linens and towels were also clean and I was able to use them comfortably. The staff were polite and the check-in and check-out procedures were smooth. Although it was my first time staying at this hotel, I was able to stay with peace of mind and am very satisfied. I would definitely like to use this hotel again next time.

Food was good, hotel was good and staff was also good. Room service was efficient.. only the room smell was not too good and had to ask them to spray fragrance.. Rest the location, experience and stay was great.

Perfect stay. Recommended for family. I have stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Sanjay ji was very polity.

Overall it was not a good experience. The food was OK but the main problem was Air Conditioning. It was centralized AC and I kept asking its not working properly but the staff was adhere its cooling properly. There were multiple cut offs in between as well. I was there for 4 days. Last 2 days the AC was working fine. Another issue was hot water was not coming and toilet flush was kept leaking.

hotel was good room was good but during my check out time reception staff at today morning 11 am allegedly asked my mobile phone several times and asked to go to MMTAPP, I asked why he told he have to cancel in my mobile app this is first time I got this bad experience as a platinum member I never faced this problem kindly check

Excellent stay at the hotel . It is very good for family . Very clean . Location is easily reachable . Food quality is very good . Staff was so supportive and professional . they extended our stat for 5 hours hassle free . I recommend this hotel for family .

All is okay, hotel is near by igi airport, receptionist is very well mannered, she is very polite, manager also very good, food was delicious

Hotel kian delhi - new delhi airport very beautiful property very nice room with all facilities and very good service. Hotel has three four different resturent cafe and one amazing bar. Room service was amazing hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. Location wise good. Food was amazing we had in room service and in morning breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. They have almost everything in breakfast. Amazing experience in morning breakfast. Front desk and check inn process was very good and very helpful staff there. All over very amazing experience.

We stayed there for a short layover we had while flying to UAE. The stay was for just 12hrs but the Hotel was very comfortable for a short stay. The staff upgraded our rooms for free as we were for a short stay. We had our lunch and dinner at the restaurant at the Hotel which was excellent in terms of taste and service. also near Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport delhi 😀 😄 😁 😊 ☺️
