The room was very clean and hygienic. You can see the pyramids from the terrace. The breakfast was also very rich. It was so comfortable to have breakfast while looking at the pyramids. The old man who prepared breakfast was also very kind. He took the initiative to help us take pictures and did not charge any fees. The front desk lady was also very nice. She spoke very good English and had no barriers to communication. The boss was also nice. Because the next stop was to take a train to Aswan, I originally thought of storing my luggage after checking out, but the boss asked us to check out at 7pm. We could even take a shower before taking the train. It was very nice!!! I will stay here again next time I come to Egypt!!!

It's pretty good, the people here are very friendly. Although the surrounding environment is very messy, it is really next to the pyramids, which is convenient. There are many facilities inside, but no one uses them, so they are abandoned. There are even several fitness equipment and steam rooms. There is a restaurant on the rooftop terrace, where you can order food, and the guy is a good cook.

The room window is small, the hotel is dark overall, very close to the pyramids, the level of more than 100 domestic hotels, livable but average, the surrounding area is messy with horse carriages and camels, but the old town is just as dirty and messy

I paid a 50$ deposit via credit card, but the front desk made a mistake and made me pay 100$. It's been over a month now and still no refund, which is more than what I paid for the stay.
