Wonderful stay. Room is huge, breakfast is good. The only thing is need to pay 1,000 yen for one hour late check out.

It’s a great hotel for short stays. Everything that you need is provided here. Breakfast is good too. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Hotel is close to the airport and it provides shuttle bis to take you to and from airport. Very convenient and fast check and clean room, a typical Toyoko Inn, but the room was surprisingly the biggest hotel room I ever seen in Japan even larger then U.S. size. Overall, very good choice of hotel.

The only reason why you’d stay there is of course the location. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Staff are not particularly pleasant or welcoming. It’s more like a factory processing people rather than service. Very cold feel overall, no warmth. Room was big but so outdated , felt like stepping back into the 79s-80s. Very disappointing for a Japanese hotel.

Really liked the convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the narita airport terminals. The service was really quick and easy as well - auto check in and check out! Timetables of the bus services are readily available at the lobby too.

Exceeds our expectation even though we only had 1 night to rest before our morning flight. Impressed by the self-card machine upon arriving!! There were staffs on standby to assist us if I needed help with the machine too. I appreciate the time availabilities of the shuttle bus service which makes travelling to airport super comfortable in the early morning to catch our 8am flight. 🥰

Perfect for those who have an overnight layover in Narita, the breakfast was delicious!

It’s a clean and quite hotel. The breakfast has simple meals but good enough to fill up your stomach.

Perfect hotel for a transit stop to/from Narita airport, 60 km away from Tokyo. Free regular shuttle buses from / to terminal 2/1. Free breakfast which is fair enough, nothing spectacular!.

Tokyo Inn was a perfect overnight accomodation before an early flight. Easy check-in, clean and well-prepared rooms, useful amenities. Very glad to have coffee available for those leaving before breakfast opens. Thank you for a pleasant stay! Highly recommend!

Very near to airport and it is great if you're catching an early flight. The cleanliness exceeds my expectations as well.

If you need a place to stay near Narita airport, if you want to avoid the hassle of catching up your flight, this hotel is the best place to stay. Aside from its location which is about 10 minute drive from Narita via free shuttle, it is also affordable, complete with ameneties you just need, not to mention its free breakfast buffet.
