Spa Hotels in Naples

Very good, the location is by the sea, I can see the sea in the morning, I can see the sea, the scenery is very good, I can see the volcano, the hotel service is very good, I will choose this next time I go to Naples.

The hotel is a short way from the train station and that street is being repaired. But the service at the hotel was good: the boys at the front desk were smiling, kind and friendly, and they were learning Chinese. Ordering room service was fast and delicious, and the delivery uncle was handsome and friendly. I checked out for breakfast the next morning and was going to Amalfi Coast. A service boy took the initiative to help me with my luggage and let me rest assured that breakfast. When the car came, I would be called in the restaurant and then called. The hotel staff were so friendly. The only downside was the road construction, the room facing the street was a bit noisy. And the room looks the same as my picture.

If i ever go to Napoles again this is where I want to stay. We firstly reserved a b&b close to the staition but it looked very dangerous at night and looks like it was an abandoned building, so we decided to change and looked for a hotel and this is where we went. We explained the situation to the staff and they were 5 stars. Even helped us booking a trip to Ponpei. We were supposed to be in Napoli 5 nights but they could only receive us 4. They helped us find another hotel for the last night. Very nice people, always smiling. Good breakfast and good location close to a tradicional restaurante ( lucciana). Also close to public bus where you can take and go to the center of Napoli. Very nice!! Reccomend

I stayed at this hotel for four days, explaining the strength and asking for praise. 1. Strongly recommend a friend who is driving by car. If you are simply a friend who stays in a sea view room, please think twice. The reason is stated later. 2. Not a self-driving friend, please look here. The hotel is located on the mountainside. From the map, it is located near the station Mergellina. After the train station comes out, it is about 500 meters to the sea. There is a slope train to take a ride to the s.antonio station (should call this name, check it yourself) Next), if I don't understand this, please open your google map, you can't get it. After arriving at the station, you need to take a mountain road to get to the hotel. 3. However, I personally went up and down the mountain for two days. Why, because I was in Easter during this time in Naples, the slope station was closed! Fall! Now! That's right, shut it up! So in this case, in addition to walking, it is played. The starting fee is 3.5 Euros, and the thief is fast, and the friends who are not bad money should be directly taxi. 4. Staying at this hotel, if you still can't decide on the sea view room, I really don't understand it. As the hotel is halfway up the mountain, there is no choice of entertainment activities. If you want to find a convenience store, you can only find the van. There is a year-round business on the viewing platform, which is very expensive. 5. The hotel front desk is quite professional and has a good service attitude. Write so much for the time being, and think about what to add later. In short, it is still 9.5 points overall, but if it is not for the sea, if it is not self-driving, it is not recommended to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

A great hotel in a cool location. Reading up about this hotel, much of it says it’s far from the centre, and it probably is in some ways but the amenities were perfect for our trip. The shuttle was easy access to and from some points of interest in Naples and was very convenient. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. A nicely stocked minibar was available and the service was excellent from all staff. There are great locations to eat not too far from the hotel so evening meals were easily covered and taxis from the hotel were conveniently booked by the reception desk for us. Can’t say enough kind words for those we met - Giovani, Giovanni, Frederica, Franchesca and the shuttle driver - I forgot his name as we only met him once! Excellent team, extremely helpful and excellent customer service. Very happy to have stayed here for my excellent trip to Naples. Loved the city, loved its energy and this hotel was the perfect place to rest and see the city from. Happy to recommend!

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Naples. It’s perfect for reaching the main attractions and is on the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious and despite being on a very busy street, the windows block out all the noise - there’s an additional set of doors which close over the windows to block the light as well. Access to the hotel with luggage isn’t easy due to the sloping streets, but this is the compromise if you want to be in the heart of the city. The concierge was extremely helpful with our luggage and even wheeled our baggage down the street to our waiting taxi.

The location of the hotel is not far from the subway station, but it is not at the door, within walking distance. The environment in the hotel is very good, and the waiters are also very dedicated and friendly. There are few choices for breakfast, but the taste is okay. There are several bars at the door, you can hear a little sound before going to bed, but it does not affect sleep. The sauna room is not the same as the domestic ones, it is electric heating, and it feels not very safe. There is only one inconvenience, everyone should pay attention! ! The hotel is in an old complex. The elevator is only available from the second floor, so it is not very convenient for people with a lot of luggage. When I went there, I asked the waiter to help me move it up. They only helped me when I checked out. We moved to the elevator. So the four boxes on the last floor were moved by our two girls. If there is less luggage, this problem is not your problem. The other places are great.

Fifth time staying at this hotel and as always had a lovely stay. This time we brought along our friends who had never been to Italy. They all loved it and were so impressed with the rooftop. The rooms are lovely and clean. The bed and pillows are most comfortable . Rooms cleaned every day. Large choice of hot and cold foods for breakfast, even bacon and eggs. Great coffee on offer served by the lovely guy who is always friendly and polite. Amazing views over Naples from the roof top . Beers and cocktails available at really reasonable price. Thank you Sweet Sleep for another lovely stay. Already planning our return later in the year.

Don’t be dismayed by your first glimpse of this B and B. Your taxi will have to stop a bit before the door, and you’ll find the elevator in the middle of a small, dark courtyard. But the host, Francisco, will dispel any misgivings. He’s handsome, charming, and friendly and speaks excellent English. He’s enthusiastic about telling you what to see in Naples. The rooms are comfortable; some have a balcony. The hotel is across the street from a Metro stop. The breakfast buffet includes wonderful Neapolitan cream-filled buns and excellent coffee. When we had to depart early in the morning, breakfast was put into the room fridge the night before. Tea is always available in the lounge area.
