Overall fine but one lift was out of service anytime and took time to go to room and from room. No complimentary coffee in the room and water was only first day.

Hotel is in an excellent location and staff are friendly, hotel is clean and tidy.

On the third day of my stay, they inexplicably replaced a very dirty electric kettle in my room. I went to the front desk to ask for the original clean white kettle to be replaced. At first, they said there were no other kettles and asked me to wash one. When I showed the photo of my stay, there was a clean white kettle. After the room attendant inexplicably swapped it, they immediately replaced it with a clean white kettle. The whole incident was obviously malicious, and there was no attitude of admitting the mistake afterwards. Please be careful when choosing whether to stay

The room is large and well-equipped. The separate shower and bathtub design is great. The central air conditioning also works properly. There are four elevators operating at the same time. Although it shakes a little, it's not a big problem.

The hotel is in a good location and the main attractions are basically within walking distance. The breakfast is average and there are not many varieties. But overall it is satisfactory and recommended to stay

The view is great. The room is very big this year, but the decoration is a bit old. But I am still very satisfied with it. The receptionist in that room has a very good service attitude.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment, and I could see the view from several angles, which was pretty good.
