Passengers can choose their own dining tiers. It is quite flexible and the seats are If you are near the window area, you can enjoy the lake view while dining, which is really great. A hotel with great views and facilities. The room is spacious, but the price we paid per night draws disappointment when we noticed the state of cleanliness of the room. The curtains were dusty, window corners has webs and the most disappointing was the bathtub that has mould and dirt in it. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect location to stay in Sun Moon Lake area !

One of the best onsen resort around the region with lots of amenities provided. Room is big and clean with a beautiful onsen tub. Recommended for anyone planning to stay around the sun moon lake.

Great location as the hotel is right in the center of the Ita Thao town where you can easily walk to the lake, pier, hiking/bike trail, and foodie places. Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help every step if asked. The high floor suite is sizable with fairly large jacuzzi tub and shower room. A private balcony provides a partial view to the lake. Free designated parking garage is a plus in a crowded town. The lake view however is partially blocked by some apartments in front but the hotel is still close to the water front. The hotel building, incl room, furnitures and decorations, does show some age and is about right to have its current star rating and price. We definitely enjoyed the stay.

Lakefront hotel with spectacular view. Staff are courteous and responsive to inquires and needs. Breakfast is full buffet only if occupancy exceeds certain threshold. When offered, buffet does provide sufficient variety. Shuttle is available only to the parking lot. It so happens this side of the lake has cable car service to see aboriginal cultural center with activities. Lake has water activities and pier. Sufficient restaurants nearby offer good local cuisine. This side of the lake is accessible by shuttle bus or boat after getting off at the bus station. Highly recommended!

I had clearly informed you that an extra bed was needed. I was very tired after a day of playing and wanted to go back to the hotel to rest. But when I entered the room, I saw that there was no extra bed. I felt very bad. So I called the switchboard and informed them that they would add it later. I went to the night market and came back at 8 o'clock, but it was not here yet. I called the switchboard again to inform them before coming. This means that everyone cannot take a shower or rest, and thus wastes time.

The dining environment and accommodation are newly decorated. The service staff are also very kind. I highly recommend this place. There are also free guided tours at night.
