Metropolo Hotels in Nanjing

Friendly and good hospitality. Got kind welcome messages in Japanese surprisingly after checking in. (I’m Japanese.) I was a little nervous due to the sad history between Nanjing and Japan but the people just welcomed me and my family warmly. The sports area in the hotel was good for kids. Thank you for all services! We will come back to Nanjing again.

There's road construction on Chengxin Avenue nearby, but thankfully the room was soundproofed. The room was average, but for the price, I couldn't expect more. If breakfast is provided, you can go and have it, but I definitely wouldn't recommend paying 68 yuan for it, considering the budget hotels are priced between 20 and 30 yuan. The only meat you'd find was bacon and a meat bun. The only complaint was the supposed self-service laundry service. First, it was difficult to find the laundry room. There were no signs in the elevator, and when I called the front desk, they told me it was on the third floor. There were no signs at the third-floor stairwell either. I had to walk all the way to the end to find it. Second, the washing machine wasn't a commercial type. There was a traditional household washing machine with a tumble dryer. It looked like it hadn't been used in ages. Finally, there was no laundry detergent. It was labeled on the cabinet panel and could be obtained from the front desk. Self-service laundry services are becoming increasingly important in business hotels. I suggest renovating the current laundry room. Alternatively, they should simply not mention the self-service laundry service on the hotel page. Overall, it's a good value for money.

Traveled to Nanjing and stayed in this hotel for two consecutive nights. I was very satisfied with the experience. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the toiletries were of good quality, the environment was quiet, the elevator was powerful, and the robot service was convenient and in place. It must be 5 stars.

The room is very big. Seeing that I brought a child, I was upgraded to a family room for free, and the price is relatively affordable. The hotel has convenient transportation, close to the Hongshan Zoo, and a square nearby. The experience of staying at Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel was great. I will check out more of its hotels in the future.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The ambiance was elegant, and the staff provided a warm welcome. My room was both stylish and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout. The location was convenient for both exploring the city and attending business meetings. The standout was the service; every staff member was attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a superior lodging experience.

Friends told me, it's disturbing for the person who is sleeping, when the other uses the wash basin which is located outside of the bathroom.

The hotel is tidy and well maintained. Cordial Staff. Services and amenities are upto the standard. Delicious breakfast as compared to other options in the neighbourhood. Although one can try other delicacies round the corner. For people who are looking for McDonald's and KFC; both are located within 200mtrs walking distance alongwith shopping centre where you can get almost all essentials. Although easy to locate, if you follow the location as per booking voucher... the location on google maps shows a different location.

The room rate is slightly lower than similar hotels in the surrounding area. The room is relatively large, with complete facilities, clean and sanitary, and the service attitude is great. If you have any problems, just call the front desk and it will be solved. There are many tourist attractions around, and Niu Shou Mountain and Jinling Town are not far away.

This hotel has a good breakfast, with duck blood vermicelli soup and small wontons. The uncle at the open counter is very nice and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. I can’t speak Chinese well, so communication was a bit challenging, but the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was quite decent. One thing I couldn’t understand was that I had to ask the reception for a breakfast voucher every day. I asked why, but the staff just kept repeating that I needed to. I understood her Chinese, but I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Eventually, she used a translator, and it confirmed what I had heard. However, I later found out from another staff member that I didn’t actually need to… I felt a bit silly asking about food(?). Aside from this, I really enjoyed my stay.
