The worst Atour I have ever stayed at! First of all, there is the parking problem. It is extremely difficult to park at the entrance. There are few parking spaces and they are small. There is no parking sign at the parking entrance. Please be careful when driving there. It was late at night, so we drove around several times to find the entrance, but there was no parking space, so we had to park in a public parking lot 500 meters away. Secondly, there is the issue of hygiene. We stayed for two nights. When we returned to the room the next afternoon, we found a rag left from cleaning on the window sill😓. The bath towels were not replaced after use, but were slightly folded and placed on the shelf. Another issue is room management. We are a family room and there is no children's toothbrush provided. After we asked for children's toothbrushes on the first night, the cleaning lady lost the children's toothbrushes the next day and did not replace them, but replaced them. A set of adult dental kits, but when we returned to the room around ten o'clock the next night, we found that the children's dental kits were gone. We had to call the front desk to ask for children's dental kits again, but the front desk phone still couldn't be reached. Finally, there is the elevator problem. There is only one small elevator, so you have to wait for a long time to get up and down.
