Amazing view over the city and right next to the Railway station. Room was really nice, though at some point night need a refresh. Breakfast was nice, personal was really friendly! Recommend.

Well, pretty far away to be called international hotel. Staff has been checking my passport for 15 minutes and gave me hard time. Didn’t feel so welcome at all as foreigner tbh

The hotel is close to Nanjing Station, with convenient transportation. The internal facilities are slightly old-fashioned, but meet the expected standards. The service is in line with the level of old high-end hotels. The front desk lady greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process and provided room upgrade services. The high-rise lake view room has an excellent view, with a panoramic view of the mountains and rivers. The breakfast variety is moderate. The overall evaluation is very satisfactory and I will consider it again when I come to Jinling in the future.

The rooms at Shuguang Hotel are clean and hygienic, the breakfast is rich, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the price is affordable. Next time I go to Nanjing on a business trip, I will choose Shuguang again.

You can go to Xuanwu Lake for a stroll after dinner in the evening. You can also see the night view of Xuanwu Lake in the room. The buffet breakfast is diverse and tastes good. From the moment I entered the door, a staff member helped me take my luggage to the front desk, and there were also personalized services such as welcome tea and dust towels. I called the front desk and solved the problem very promptly. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is very convenient to dine in, and the portions of the dishes are very conscientious. The girl Qiuyue at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The service attitude is very good and I am very satisfied. Overall, the check-in experience is very good.

The induction faucet in the room sprayed water in the middle of the night and early morning, which made me unable to sleep. I had to queue for half an hour to check out. There were a lot of people queuing up, and there were only two people working at three computer stations. There was no convenience for an elderly person in his 70s to check in.
