the hotel staff was friendly and nice. Especially 维尔 was able to help me and guide me to places and helped me avoided pitfalls when navigating around. Hotel is clean and new. And I was able to do laundry here. The machines are clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay

The 1912 Atour Hotel, located in the Jinying Baijia Lake business district in Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, has only been open for a year, and we've stayed there multiple times! With its prime and convenient location and competitive rates, it's a top choice for business travelers. The hotel has a new general manager, and compared to my stay last month, this experience was a mixed bag. It's hard to describe! While I didn't give a negative review, I'd still like to ask the new owner to do some self-reflection and let her rate it herself! I didn't enjoy the tea upon entering the hotel! I never received the welcome letter, but there were dozens of written welcome cards in the front desk drawer! In the business self-service area, the air conditioning wasn't working, the copy machine was out of paper, used paper cups and empty bottles weren't collected, and the trash can was overflowing... In the self-service laundry room, the laundry bags, Nongfu Spring bottles, and bagged laundry detergent were gone, and the laundry baskets weren't delivered to the rooms...a stark contrast to my previous experience! Late at night, for a bowl of porridge, two staff members confronted the guests without greeting, then locked the door and went into the kitchen with two bowls... leaving them with 3.5 sliced salted duck eggs! The bottles of hand soap and shower gel in the room were completely empty... Having fresh lychees for breakfast was a rare highlight of the experience!

This was probably the most uncomfortable Atour hotel I've stayed at. First, the soundproofing was terrible. The decor was incredibly noisy. It was all so noisy that I woke up early in the morning. We were traveling with a group of friends, and I wasn't the only one with a negative impression of this hotel. None of our three rooms were satisfactory. Amenities: As a long-time Atour member, this hotel had the worst beds! Environment: Parking is inconvenient and requires a long walk. Those traveling with children and luggage should consider this carefully. Service: The service was the most infuriating part! They didn't answer my phone calls, and their WeChat replies were incredibly slow! The parking lot was so hard to find! They didn't answer my phone calls, and Nanjing's traffic was so congested! This time, Yaduo must give a five-star rating. We booked a famous hotel the night before we came to Nanjing. It was a complete scam. The family didn't sleep well that night, so we got up early in the morning and booked Yaduo. This hotel is next to Sun City, the environment is very good, the room is very clean, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is enthusiastic, two adults and two children have free breakfast, there are free drinks in the room, and two bottles of water are given when checking out. A bad review. I stayed on the fifth floor and was not informed by any channels or staff that renovations were taking place on the sixth floor. The next day at 8:00 sharp, someone upstairs started using a power drill. I reported the issue to the front desk several times but there was no solution. After enduring for over half an hour, someone finally arrived and changed my room. I needed to complete a bid for a multi-million dollar project in a quiet place that morning, and the power drill directly impacted the bidding process and my work. No one informed me in advance, and no one addressed the issue promptly. This bad review is well deserved.

This hotel has a habit of driving away customers and its service is extremely poor

The room type is not good. If you go early, you will get a room without windows, which is quite depressing. It is too hot and there is no ventilation. The experience is very bad.

It's a low floor with no outside windows. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the door. It was said that there was fresh air but it didn't feel useful. Even turning on the air purifier didn't work. The sheets and duvet covers were all yellow and there were hairs and black dust on them. I decided later. I asked the waiter to change it, but there was still water on the floor. The soundproofing effect of the room is very poor, you can hear the movement downstairs, and it is noisy outside very early in the morning. The last two experiences at Atour were extremely bad and I will never stay at Atour again in the future.
