The overall feeling is that the business in each link is unfamiliar and quite chaotic! There was no room for check-in. The suite I booked said that there was no executive lounge privilege. I showed the details of the Ctrip order to the front desk and they still said that there was no executive lounge privilege. I strongly asked them to check the system, and then they said that they enjoyed executive privileges, which was outrageous; and so on. In the afternoon, the children participated in the hotel activities alone. The service staff asked the children to line up and take one each. Other adults went without queuing or taking more, and they did not stop them; I said in advance that I would check out early the next morning to catch a flight, but they called me the next day to ask when I would check out or extend my stay. My personal check-in experience was very average. I feel that no matter how good the hardware is, it will fail in service. Good service is not soft and gentle, but makes guests feel warm.
