Echarm Properties in Nanjing

My stay at Echarm Hotel (Nanjing Xinjiekou Deji Plaza) was excellent, definitely a five-star experience! The location is superb, incredibly convenient for morning runs to Xuanwu Lake and the Ming City Wall. The hotel staff were incredibly honest and thoughtful; they informed me via text about renovation noise nearby and even offered a free cancellation option, which made me feel very secure during my stay. The lobby had a DIY traditional Chinese medicine sachet activity, and free-flowing cucumber and lemon juice, which was a very unique touch. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a well-equipped gym and a convenient self-service laundry room. In the guest room, you can access smart services by scanning a QR code. Breakfast was rich and delicious. There was even a book by the founder in the room, showing the brand's dedication. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel room was a bit small, but fine for a solo traveler. The facilities were a little dated, but the air conditioning worked great. The shower had consistent temperature and good water pressure. The soundproofing was decent, as I wasn't disturbed by any noise during my stay. The hotel's laundry and drying services were good, and the surrounding area had convenient transportation.

The hotel is super close to the subway station! It's right next to the Qinhuai River, which is great for a stroll. The little robot delivering takeout is also adorable~ The room looks exactly like the pictures, I really love the simple and elegant decor. All the facilities are beautifully arranged, and it's very clean, so I felt comfortable staying there. The surrounding area has convenient transportation. The soundproofing is good, and the air conditioning is cool, I slept soundly all night. I'll definitely choose this place again next time~

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Xiao He at the front desk has a very enthusiastic service attitude. The room is clean and hygienic. He also upgraded the room type for us for free. I give it a big thumbs up and will come to his hotel next time.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to our branch office; we can walk to work. There are also many restaurants nearby. However, the hygiene is just so-so. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are basic. I remember arriving around 10 PM last time, and the room I booked had the previous guest's bathroom unflushed. There was a terrible stench as soon as I entered the room. I found the toilet seat open and disgusting excrement inside. I vomited for a long time and had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel nearby, like the Ji Hotel. This time, I found a lot of lint on the floor that hadn't been mopped. They really need to pay more attention to hygiene. (See the picture for the dirty lint.)
