Atour Hotels in Nanjing

The hotel has a light luxury style. This store has more detailed services than Atour where I stayed before, including honey water when entering the store, warm purified water when leaving the store, warm reminders and tile puzzle games in the elevator waiting area, and bathroom changes in the room. The robe was sterilized and individually packaged (unusual hanging), which left a deep impression. The official complaint was very timely, and the front desk immediately called back within 5 minutes to provide handbag service, 👍 I will book this hotel next time I come to Nanjing

Highly recommend hotel. The best hotel ever. Too many great things inside the hotel. The staff very kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing. You not only can use the laundry facilities for free but the staff will help you to send the done clean and dried clothes to your room. The room big enough. The bed and comforter was very comfortable. Variety breakfast with cheap price. The cleanliness iof the room and all place was excellent. If there only 1 to 10 rate, I will rate it as 20 😄

Very convenient location, right at the Fuzimiao Station Exit 3,4. The staff are very kind and generous. We arrived early and were really tired, they let us early check in without extra charge. Also can check out at 14.00. The restaurants around the hotels are nice KFC, xiaoyang pan fried etc. Very close to all the tourist spots and walkable. Really recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location with abundant business districts around. The front desk was enthusiastic and professional, and took the initiative to help us upgrade to a suite. The stay experience was perfect! The facilities are new and clean, the service is meticulous, and it is the first choice for business travel!

This is my second time staying at this store. After I left the store last time, the front desk gave me timely feedback and apologized, and sincerely invited me to experience it again. I decided to give them another chance on this business trip. I was pleasantly surprised during this stay. The room was upgraded to an executive room. I felt very valued. The air conditioner was quiet and cool. I got to experience the second-generation deep sleep pillow. They also provided me with a body lotion and a handwritten apology card and a fruit plate at the bedside. What touched me even more was that the guy at the front desk took the issue I reported last time seriously and asked me, ”Madam, is the temperature appropriate? Are the bedding in the room comfortable?” This kind of attitude of striving for improvement is really rare, and it made me go from being a passerby to a fan. I have to say, I really, really like their shampoo, conditioner and body wash products. The scent is really refreshing. This time I had breakfast, focusing on health, with waffles, which were sweet but not greasy and delicious. Facts have proved that the quality of a hotel depends not only on its hardware but also on its sincerity. This time I have to give it a five-star rating!

The accommodation experience was very good. The room was clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was polite and considerate in arranging the accommodation. There was a robot that could deliver food to the room. It is particularly worth praising that when I took my children out on the weekend and needed to print homework, the front desk lady also helped to arrange it. It was really great. It is the best choice when you come to Nanjing.

IHughly recommended! I’m extremely impressed with the hotel’s service staff. The team, made up of hardworking young people, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We are a group of friends traveling from Singapore, and the hotel offered convenient amenities like a washer and dryer, plus free porridge every night. I’d like to especially commend the exceptional service and the cleanliness of the rooms, with clear attention to detail. Our stay was fantastic, and we truly appreciated the experience. A big thank you to the staff! The hotel’s location is also perfect, situated between the Confucius Temple and Laomendong, making it ideal for sightseeing and dining. Will stay here again.

確實非常滿意，一個是冰箱裏的水和餅乾是免費提供，雖然不多，但是水完全夠喝，這個感覺很好👍；二酒店很新，水壺那些都挺乾淨，洗手間的枱子也夠大，放化粧品啥的很寬敞；三是早飯不錯，超出預期了，該有的都有，也不湊合；總之，一些細節確實是比較討喜的，包括廁所邊放了酒精棉片，牙具和牙膏分開，我自帶了電動牙刷就很方便，健身房設備多，毛巾和水都擺放整齊。第一次來，因為後來會議轉到江寧，提前退房了，但下次來南京還會入住。
