We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a family suit with 5 people - two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, spacious. Excellent location to explore Yunshuiyao and visit both Hakka houses Huaiyuanlou and Heguilou along the river within walking distance. Excellent service - free afternoon tea and fruits in the evening. Restaurant also is very good. Reception helped us with the car for to visit Tianluokeng cluster.

Hotel was claen and breakfast was so delicious. I will stay here again if I go there.

The location is 10 points ideal, close to the big banyan tree and the waterwheel, just a 2-minute walk away. The room is very comfortable, the surrounding environment is good and quiet, the service staff is friendly, there are restaurants and various facilities, which are very convenient.

The double bed is 1.5 meters wide, which is very spacious for a family of four. It is more comfortable to sleep in than the 1.2-meter or 1.35-meter beds in the hotel. The homestay is very clean, with thoughtful details. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. There are also eye masks, earplugs, and the Red Beauty Tea is very delicious.

A very unique homestay, the space is used thoroughly and there are many clever ideas in it. The sanitation is very clean, and there are no mosquito bites even if you live on the second floor. The complimentary eye mask is very considerate, and the fruit and breakfast are very good. The small terrace can be used to enjoy the scenery and dry clothes. There are small scenes everywhere in the yard. The service is also good, especially the auntie who makes breakfast, who is warm and friendly. When you go in and out, you can always see her busy, cleaning the house and cleaning the fish pond, which makes you feel like home. The suite with a rooftop is recommended.

I have visited many houses, and this one has beds that can be put together, which is suitable for living with children. The space is a bit small, but the living experience is pretty good. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are high and low, the hair dryer has strong wind power, the bath water is large, and the homestay is also very beautiful.

The B&B is mostly run by young people, they are very creative and dedicated. I heard from the boss that the B&B has been open for more than ten years. I tried it in the store. Fortunately, I didn’t go out to eat. It was really amazing. I didn’t have time to go back to the B&B for lunch the next day, so I ate at the restaurant next to the earth building. Hmm...it was expensive and not very good.

The B&B is quite clean, the parking lot is large and relatively quiet. The long row of layouts allows each room to be illuminated by the south, and the first floor is also full of sunshine. This season is quite comfortable, not too cold or too hot. Yunshui Yao is very beautiful~

I went out with a big suitcase. I asked the owner in advance if there was an elevator in the B&B. I didn't want to carry the luggage upstairs, so I booked a room on the first floor. The room was very comfortable. There was a loquat tree at the door. I think I should be able to eat loquats in a while.

It's OK, the room is clean and tidy. It was a bit hot on the day we arrived, so the boss was very considerate and turned on the air conditioner in advance. There are just some small details that I hope can be improved.

The host was very polite. We three people were helped to arrange a loft room. We can add an extra bed in the living room on the first floor, and there is a two-meter bed on the second floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The design is great! There is a parking lot and breakfast. Extra breakfast is 28 per person. The location is good. It is very close to the big banyan tree and the waterwheel. It is very quiet. The steam eye mask is not available in B&Bs of the same price. It is very considerate. I had a pleasant trip. I came here on a business trip and didn't make any plans, but the store owner was very considerate and introduced me to the scenic spots and what delicious food was nearby. By the way, I have to mention that the hotel room is very cost-effective, and the hotel's own meals are also very delicious. I strongly recommend it to my friends!
