We have a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The services provided by Bruno at the concierge before , during and after our stay have been top notch. He helped us arrange the private vehicle to visit the different tourist spots prior to our arrival and we managed to maximise our 2 days one night stay visiting the souvenir shops, giraffe park and the national park immediately on arrival and the relaxing hotel massage services prior to dinner. He also assisted us to book the 3 different restaurants and the food were all to our satisfaction. Thanks again to Bruno for his efficient and attentive service. Our stay could not be better!

The room is big enough, with all the toiletries and free drinking water. The breakfast is great with a wide variety. It is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, and SPA. You can walk to the shopping mall opposite through the corridor on the third floor, which has a small Carrefour and several restaurants.

This hotel is safe and quiet, the outdoor pool is also heated, and the service is particularly good, you can't find any faults, it is better than the Marriott Hotel in China, highly recommended

It is known as the best hotel in Nairobi. The owner is the state-owned enterprise AVIC International, so we must support it. It seems that there are not many guests. Opposite is part of the podium building, with Carrefour boutique supermarket and restaurant, which is quite convenient. However, the public security in Nairobi is not good, so I didn't go out to walk around the streets. Except for one night in Nairobi, I stayed in the protected area for the rest of the time, and the public security was not bad.

The hotel is very good and safe. The security guys are very friendly! There are many dogs that you can touch and interact with. There is a supermarket and restaurant opposite the hotel. You can go directly from the corridor upstairs without crossing the road. It is very convenient. It should be the best hotel in Nairobi.

This review is a little late, but I still have to praise the Nairobi Marriott Hotel! ! ! Because the JW Hotel in Nairobi made me fall in love with this city! ! ! This review is not exaggerated. As a person who stays in a hotel 200 days a year, I still have a little experience in staying in a hotel. First of all, I have traveled to most of Africa and stepped on countless pitfalls. The overall accommodation experience in Africa is indeed a bit sour 😜. JW is definitely cost-effective in Africa! Although Africa is not short of old luxury hotels (the prices are also eye-popping 🤐). But JW can definitely be called a new star in high-end hotels in Africa. The hotel building is a Gemini glass curtain wall with a modern architectural style. It is also a new landmark in Nairobi now (and we can proudly say that this hotel was built by our Chinese company)! ! ! 😁😁😁 The decoration and hardware maintain JW's consistent high standards and high taste, while also incorporating African style. The gifts with African characteristics in the handicraft sales area are also sold at a conscience price. It is said that they are carefully selected by big names in various African countries, and the price is very affordable. If you want to buy handicrafts and gifts, it is recommended to choose from JW first. I really feel that I am wasting time after visiting N legendary handicraft markets and flea markets. They are completely incomparable to JW. The most important thing is that the goods are genuine and you don’t have to worry about buying expensive or fake goods! ! ! (I always suspect that JW is worried that its guests will be cheated, so it specially helps guests to screen so many good things in advance), because the price is really touching, and I thought I heard it wrong several times, because it is cheaper than the market! ! ! The breakfast is very international and can basically meet the different tastes of guests from all over the world. It is recommended to go early, because there are really too many types, and you can’t taste them in a short time... 😅😅😅. There are several specialty restaurants from different countries for dinner, American steakhouse, Asian fusion cuisine, the dishes are excellent, and the decoration design is also very innovative! I really love the spa and the traditional Kenyan tendon massage opposite the hotel. I still can't leave after three consecutive massages... I strongly recommend to experience it. It's a rare relaxation during the journey. After the massage, you can definitely be fully revived! ! ! The Golden Key helped us customize the perfect travel route. We could have gone to Masai Mara to chase the Big Five of Africa and gallop across the vast African savannah... (childhood dream) Unfortunately, we caught up with the once-in-a-century flood in Kenya, so we didn't get on JW's handsome mecha tank 😂😂😂. Because the hotel has just opened, the linens are all new and the mattresses are very comfortable. The coffee downstairs is Kenyan coffee. After drinking it, I feel that the so-called Kenyan coffee I drank before is all made of beans? It is full of floral and fruity aroma, and it doesn't taste like coffee. Desserts must be eaten! ! ! Exquisite and delicious! Finally, a big surprise: Jacky, the manager of this hotel, is Chinese! ! ! Check in or need any assistance, just find Jacky!!! Don't be shy to find him, Jacky is so reliable and professional!!! He has super professional knowledge of hotels, there is no question that can be asked, and he actually knows all the well-known companies and brands in all industries!!! It is common sense that Marriott's hotel training system is well done, but the knowledge capacity of senior management is too terrible!!! If you are interested in the hotel industry, you must find this great god to chat when you have the chance! A rare learning opportunity!!! It's a pity that I forgot to take more photos of the hotel interior, and only took some photos of the breakfast restaurant, so it may not reflect the excellence of JW.
