Hotel Aqua Citta Naha Reviews

We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day. the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away. several convenience stores close by. We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

Location was excellent within easy reach of shopping, restaurants and airport via taxi / uber. 10 minutes walk to nearest monorail station.

Great hotel with good amenities. The check in and check out is interesting because they use a machine. The location is not so bad. It's not in the city, but I went here specifically because it's near to some good scuba diving places.

Check in is in a self service concept where you have to queue to access a kiosk to key in your check in details to be issued keycards to your room. Then you pick up the amenities you need form different baskets in the small lobby which was quite difficult to manoeuver with luggages and many people trying to check in. Room was quite small space was tight with two single beds squashed in with very little walking space available. Toilet was automated and I like its functions.

10 mims walk from Meibashi station, half and hour ride from the airport. Rented a room for 3 and still have space in the room. Apart from swimming pool and jacuzzi it also has the welcome drinks for free. Bed and rooms are very clean and no smell at all. Staff are very polite and helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby and 15mins walk to seafood market near the pier.

Clean and conveniently located. Parking off-site is easy as there are carparks just beside. Maximum parking fee is 700 yen only. Many eateries around.

Definitely worth the $. Clean and nice. There’s also carpark lots. Note that room is a bit small so a bit cramp but for the price is still worth it

Excellent location! It is close to many recommended eateries in Okinawa! Location is superb! Room facility is top quality! Staff was extremely kind and friendly and professional!

A very convenient hotel as the nearest monorail station is just about 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great breakfast here. Lots of variety to choose from. I loved the pool as well but be aware that day time is free but from 7pm - it will cost 1,000 yen per person (comes with one drink) Amazing hot tub so I thought it was worth it. Many travelers from around the world staying here. I think it is a nice causal stay either solo or with friend & Family. One thing I noticed (you may notice too) is that the bathroom smelled just a little. It may be from the pool above.

It's a bit far from the subway station and Kokusai Street, but the room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the price is reasonable.

Conveniently located close to the red light district and walking streets. Just a short drive to the airport and Itoman area. If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully. For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help. The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.
