I went for a weekend kind of trip and the hotel was very pleasant they had complementary snacks and beverages which was amazing for the busy waking day we had. I recommend the place has a loft minimal vibe. The first night we had an issue with the AC but the stuff was nice enough to transfer us so that was great. Great location too not too far from the airport and can be reach by the metro rail or bus. If you stay longer I recommend renting a car but if you are here for a few days only, public transportation will take you anywhere. Walking distance to a few restaurant just be aware they might close early.

It is good to see staff members from 2016. The location is considered very good as it is close to the museum and shopping mall with many nice shops and a supermarket. It is appreciated they have coffee and some simple breakfast to jumpstart your day. Most of the staff members are very kind and professional. Especially the cute tall young lady in the morning, the very professional and warm foreign lady, and the tall handsome young man who is exceptionally professional and helpful. Generally the staff is wonderful EXCEPT that lady from Sendai. She shouldn't work at a front desk of a hotel. The front desk is across from the door, only 30 centimeters from guests but she won't even bow her head. I noticed she was cold and unfriendly to an older Japanese guest,too. It is disrespectful

It’s not really nearby the main transport such as monorail train, however the service is nice with instant response in most of time. Thanks

The hotel is very clean and near the DFS duty-free shop. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Omoromachi tram station or Makishi station (Kokusai-dori). The front desk is also very patient and polite. There are free drinks and snacks, and there are many comics to borrow (very unique!). Friends who are light sleepers and afraid of light can prepare an eye mask.

I happened to go to Okinawa to see the Kitty 50th anniversary exhibition. This hotel is next to the Okinawa Museum of Art, which is very convenient for visiting the exhibition. The hotel room itself is a loft structure, with a bed on top and an activity space on the bottom. Free drinks and udon noodles are provided, and there are many comic books to read. It is very cost-effective.

It's just right for one person, but the fence next to the bed upstairs has a big gap. It's a bit nervous for people who fall off the bed when sleeping. Later I used a suitcase to block the gap. The whole room feels like an internet cafe. There are free all-you-can-drink drinks and udon noodles on the first floor.

It is about 10 minutes walk from the monorail station... The room has everything you need... It is a very special configuration... It is a building within a building... There is also a free breakfast in the morning... There are also several shopping malls or supermarkets nearby

Living in Xinduxin is really convenient. This hotel is completely friendly to solo travelers. Although the space is not big, it is great to have an independent suite! Although there is not much public space, there are 24-hour free drinks, and popcorn and udon noodles are available during certain hours, which is great! You can also borrow shopping bags for free!
