The room is a bit small but as it is in the popular district in Nagoya, it is acceptable for two people. We stayed here for 2 nights and the toilet flush sound from next room at night is quite loud. This hotel has a convenient automatic check out system but the staff is not very friendly to us. Overall is an 75 out of 100 for the stay and I will probably book this hotel again if we travel to Nagoya again but I will definitely pay a little more to get a bigger room. There is no free parking near the hotel.

We liked the hotel a lot! Good size of the room for japanese hotel, welcome drinks, possibility to rent a book downstairs and big windows in a twin corner room. My only advice to management - to think about better curtains, in the morning there is quiet a lot of light.

Surpassed expectations. Good baths up on 12th floor. If you feel shy, go in the early morning or mid afternoon when there are fewer people. Evening and night are more popular times for locals. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Nagoya Castle, and heading away from Nagoya Castle takes you to the big tower, which is surrounded by several underground shopping promenade, and a hip above ground restaurant area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice sandwich with a salad and chips + coffee. Convenient for bus and metro lines, and quite a few decent restaurants of various price-ranges around too. Laundry machines upstairs were convenient, but even after repeated drying cycles, clothes were still damp. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

Used this hotel on my first business trip to Nagoya. Close to the station, check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was delivered to my room, and the meals were carefully prepared, so I felt happy from the morning. Even after checking out, I could do office work in the cafe on the first floor. The room was not large, but there was a desk where I could work, a water heater, and the bathroom was Japanese-style with a bathtub, so it was easy to use as everything was compact. There was a window, so I didn't feel closed in. I would like to use this hotel again.
