Location is convenient and walking distance about 10mins from train station. Room is small for 2 adults with limited luggage space.

Location-wise, there is nothing to fault. However, the rooms n facilities are quite average, good enough for a couple of nights. Lots of food & shopping around

1.Staff knowledge : the staff didn't know how to show 太閣通口前 2. the room is small but put a big massage chair to border our luggage placing.

Hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. Exit from the Takidori side and cross the road towards a 7-11. From there it is only a 5 mins walk to hotel. There is a smaller 7-11 linked to the hotel which makes it super convenient for purchases. But what really really impressed me was the level of honesty . I left a ray ban sunglasses and toy in the hotel and they contacted me on the same day to ask if I would like it back. Unfortunately I had left Nagoya but impressive service nonetheless. Thank you very much for doing that.

Great location and great shower, room is really small but clean, you need to negotiate the luggage space, breakfast needs to be improved.

Location is great, we stayed there for 2 nights, and it only took us about 8-10 mins to walk to Nagoya JR station every time. There is also a 7-11 convenient store just by the entrance of the hotel. You never need to worry about there is nothing to buy or eat desperately at night. There is also a Lawson on the next street, which just takes 3-5 mins to walk to.  We didn't choose the meal packages, however, there are plenty of food and resturants around the hotel, including the Nogoya station. We choose a Queen bed room on a high floor. It is a bit small, but reasonable. It is quite clean. Toilet and bath room are separated by a glass door. Amenities are fully equipped, if not, there are also available resources to be picked up for free on the reception floor. There are some spaces to place our luggages. Thanks for the arrangement by the hotel, we stayed on the highest floor this time. It was not too noisy even the hotel is right next to the main road, only when the ambulance drove through will be loud enough for us to hear. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

excellent location, many shops and restaurants nearby, easily get accessed to JR/METRO station and most importantly the airport express. There is convenient store downstairs of the hotel and 24/7 Supermarket nearby. Shopping malls are just 5 minutes walk.

One of the most Valued hotel. Good price!! A few minutes walk to Nagoya Station. 7-11 is on G floor, so Convenient! Btw, East side of Nagoya station has more things to do.

Amazing stay, it is clean, quite close to Nagoya station and has everything you need for a hotel stay. The room is quite spacious for Japan as well for that price.

Just a 10min stroll from Nagoya station, room was quite bigger compared to same types of hotel. The toilet was excellent also. There is also a 7-11 on the ground floor and a 24h large supermarket (Aeon) which you can buy your fresh sashimi/sushi in the morning.
