Location wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look! Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday. Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax. Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel! Makes up good experience in japan. Let’s say, it’s an average hotel! Basic rooms, which are clean, so it’s enough if you just need a place to sleep. The breakfast is bad!

Poor advertising by Trip.com. Room does not come with cleaning but wasn't clearly stated at the booking page. Only found out on day 2 when room is not cleaned up. Hotel reception articulated that the room does not come with cleaning. Both hotel and platform are playing the blame game and not taking responsibility. Lodged a complaint to trip.com and was awarded a compensation of 1000 trip coins, which doesn't solve the problem of room still not being clean 🤔 Please fix your communication and service recovery, trip. You can keep the coins for yourself.

This is a cost-effective top-class business hotel located in the heart of Sakae. The large bath on the first floor is available until 12 o'clock. The breakfast is not that great. There is a welcome coffee on the first floor, and you can use it for free until midnight. Of course, the staff is friendly.

This is a fast hotel, located near Yabacho subway station, on the street of Gigolo, with very convenient transportation. It is only 20 minutes' walk from Osu Shopping Street, and not far from Matsuzakaya Department Store. There is a famous eel three-course restaurant upstairs. To be honest, I am very surprised why the hotel has such a low rating. It must improve its rating. The three-bed room can easily accommodate three adults and one child. Although the room is small, the facilities are complete. The hotel provides free hot springs and the breakfast is also OK (don't compare with five-star hotels). The only bad thing is that the room does not provide drinking water.

The location is in Sakae Ward. The nearest is Exit 6 of Yaba Subway Station, which is about 6 minutes away, or Exit 13 of Sakae Station, which is about 10 minutes' walk. It is convenient. I originally booked 3 single beds on trip.com, but finally arranged 2 double beds, which is enough for 3 people. Since the staff did not understand English at all, communication was difficult, so I ended up using Google Translate. I booked a total of 5 nights, but the hardest thing to accept was that cleaning was only done once on the 4th night. It was a rule, otherwise I had to pay 1,000 yen for cleaning every day. It felt very dirty. . In the photos on trip.com, I saw that the room had windows, but in fact, the two windows were completely closed and I couldn't see the outside at all. It felt very cramped. I checked in at the beginning of November, which may be the red leaf season, so the room price is very expensive, about HK$1,200 per night, so I feel that I am being favored overall.

I think it's better to go for breakfast before 8am. It was very crowded, so I couldn't eat calmly. The room was very clean😊
