The room is big, location is superb, aircon is good. Breakfast has a lot of variety to choose. Daily room cleaning service need to improve cause my dirty empty cup were left there untouched, sometimes they forget to replenish the compliments coffee and tea. We bath cold water most of the time cause the water heater only work on a certain time. Overall a pleasant stay for us at Batam.

Wise location and breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are extremely big and definitely very comfortable. Recommended for families and couples and friends.

Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Massage available 24hrs. Swimming pool available good for baby.

Plenty of food amenities nearby. Convenient but the furnishing in the room is quite old.

Been here many times because of the huge rooms but may reconsider due to the age of the hotel. The ironing board, bath towel and bedsheets torn.

Excellent location with many nearby malls, massage areas, eatery area, a2 food court etc. Recent staying in the Premier suite room: Negative aspects are inadequate Warm / hot water inside shower room and inside the jacuzzi tub. The AC is not cooling enough even though AC temp settings is at 17 Deg C. I believe it might be a one off event, as i have been staying at various rooms with fantastic AC.

It an old hotel but it convenient because the food court right infront the hotel and the mall.

Best breakfast and service. Great coffee that i like the most. Location cinvenient for us to walk, many stall and food court nearby and great that have two big mall nearby thats BCS and Grand Batam Mall. Love it. 👍👍👍🫰

Apartment with 2 bedrooms that accommodate 4 adults with 2 toilets. Toilet drainage is badly smelly. Room bedlinen was so dirty. Is a very old hotel.. Breakfast not much choice.

Hotel location is good near a few big shopping malls and food places like BCS, Grand Batam, A2 food court. Hotel is old but the room type is suitable for group and family travellers, breakfast is good have. Happy with the stay.

Big rooms with limited lightings. Quite and old hotel with good location. Next to food court and opposite the main road is GBM.

This is an old hotel. It has seen its glorious days. But still comfortable though. Easy access to a few malls within 5min walk.

We had a really wonderful stay – the apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transport. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely a highly recommended place for families looking for comfort and convenience. Would love to come back again!

Location is great as it is near to Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Both are in walking distance. There are a lot of spas around and easy access for food around the area. The downside is the hotel room which is old and worn down. The breakfast food is not delicious. I had tried the fried noodles which is salty and majority of the other dishes are not as good in compare with some other hotels in Batam.
