The staff was extremely helpful and very supportive/nice. The food within the hotel is excellent. Would definitely book again if I ever had the opportunity.

I stayed here for a live concert, and it was in a great location, close to the venue and the station, and I could walk to a bar! The room was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and I had a comfortable stay! Thank you very much.

The room was spacious for the price. It was nice that there was a large public bath. The breakfast was very delicious, with many locally produced ingredients.

I used it for the first time. It was very convenient near the station. I also liked the shoji-like indirect lighting on the window side of the room, which was easy on the eyes. Unfortunately, the vending machines were almost sold out. Maybe it was because I was late, but there weren't many convenience stores nearby, so I didn't have many options when I wanted to quench my thirst. I want to use it again.

直前の予約で遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、駐車場も停められてフロントの方も丁寧に応対して下さいました。 設備は古めでしたがきちんと清掃されていて、特に問題なく滞在出来ました。 大浴場が男女入替え制で、女性はフロントで鍵を受け取ります。 夜は男性の後に女性、朝は男性のみという時間でしたが、遅い時間の滞在の自分には有難い時間割でした。 ただ一点…大浴場のお湯が綺麗とは言い難かったのが気になりました… 朝食バイキングはとても美味しく、郷土料理も頂けて良かったです。

この値段でこのレベルのホテルなら大満足 清潔感もあり、アメニティーも充実していて部屋の広さも申し分なかった 夏の廊下は暑いかも

I stayed here for business. It is very close to Nagaoka Station. Next to Nagaoka City Hall, it is a great location designed by Kengo Kuma. From check-in, the size of the room and the breakfast were very satisfying, with Niigata specialties such as Tochio fried tofu, hegi soba, and noppe soup. It was great that they provided umbrellas ☂️ for free even in the sudden rain. However, when I checked out, I was supposed to hand over the key and the questionnaire to the man in charge and that was it, but he completely ignored the gift I received for submitting the breakfast questionnaire. It is very sad that I checked out in a lied state at the very end. I think that if you ask customers to fill out a questionnaire, you get full marks 💯 if you keep your promises properly. I look forward to the future.

Used for a business trip. Close to the station, you can go along the deck without getting wet in the rain. The building has the appearance of a long-established establishment and is slightly dilapidated, but it is well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay, including the facilities. There is a large public bath, but it is a women-only bath after 9pm, so it is difficult to take a bath after a meal. I used it first thing in the morning, but it seemed a bit cramped. The plan included a breakfast buffet, but because there were not many guests, it was a set meal style, which was luxurious in its own way, and I ended up eating more than I would at a regular buffet. If you don't mind the fact that it is slightly dilapidated, I think it is a very good value hotel.
