My son was get sick on our stay and they really helped me patiently even it was at the midnight, the next day they make sure that my son okay, I really thankful for all the staffs in there, would come to stay again in the future, ありがとうございました。

The room was clean and tidy, and there was a delicious ramen shop near the hotel.

The rooms are clean and convenient. The bathtub is deep. The public bath is for men only, but they provide bath salts, so it was nice to be able to take a relaxing bath. It's also good that the breakfast menu changes when you stay for several nights. I was given a can of beer after I did some light cleaning for several nights.

Good points The room was clean and nothing special. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bad points I felt the water pressure in the large communal bath was quite insufficient.

Facilities: There is only one building for the hot spring. You have to walk a long way to soak in the hot spring.

The step to the bath is too high and dangerous. Elderly people are at risk of falling. My aunt apparently fell and hit her bottom. I wanted to send my luggage from the hotel by courier, but although they can send it by courier, they don't have any cardboard boxes and I have to prepare them myself... I don't think that's possible for tourists💦 I wish they would prepare cardboard boxes. There are no stores nearby where I can get cardboard boxes, so I'm in a difficult position.

The building was old, but the breakfast was good and I was satisfied overall.
