Place is very accessible + not so expensive  However I’m not comfortable with their mattress because the plastic still on.. every time we move it’s noisy ..

It was a relaxing stay. The location is perfect as its near Robinsons Manila and other spots. The front desk clerks and other staff were very accommodating during the entirety of our stay. I booked for a couple but no extra charge when 2 more stayed with us. Got the free limited parking as well. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thanks

Nice hotel very close to Robinsons mall. The room was small but everything was good with a kitchen and large refrigerator but no cooking utensils are provided. The pool looked nice but too cold so I didn’t try it myself. Bed was very comfortable.

Smooth check-in with the help of a staff member at the reception. They have a separate reception area inside the Birch Tree Hotel building. They allowed me to check in 30 minutes before the standard time, which was great. Upon entering the room, it smelled nice. They provided shampoo and toothpaste, and there was even a hairdryer, which was a plus for me. Additionally, there was a microwave and a kettle. Unfortunately, they only have a regular TV. It would have been great if they had a smart TV, but the good Wi-Fi connection made up for it. I loved the unit I stayed in because it had a balcony. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was excellent, featuring a rain showerhead with good water pressure, plus they had a bidet. My only concern was the bedsheets and pillowcases, as I’m sure they weren’t changed from the previous guest. I noticed long hair on the sheets, and they were wrinkled. During the night, I also spotted small roaches roaming around when it got dark, so I had to keep the lights on all night. Additionally, the staff outside the corridor were quite noisy and inconsiderate of the guests. On weekends, you can also hear the bar karaoke from outside, which can be disruptive if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, it was a good stay, and I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration. Thank you!

The internet is no use..I like the location it’s near for mall and massage spa..they have kitchen tools so we cooked during our stay, towels are old na,..we need to asked for sleepers.

Since we have enjoyed our stay in our accommodation, we've extended one more night. I highly recommend this place to stay. Malls and stores were just walking distance, and there were lots of restaurants to choose from.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean. The only issue was the slow to drain shower and that part in front of the water closet, so there were ponding issues. Internet connection was fast, except it was lost sometime around midnight until the next morning. But that's fine. I didn't spot any roaches or ants. The kitchen was clean, and everything was working fine. Overall, it was a good stay. The room was like the photo attached, the same layout and all.

The location is great and also the service and the view but it was really noisy hearing the traffic although my room was on the 37th floor.. add to this the Air Conditioning unit was also so noisy so I had to turn it off while sleeping so I can sleep although it was so hot inside the room

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent from late night check in 2.30am and daily requests. The pool was in excellent condition and a real bonus. Proximity to Robinson's Place Ermita was really great too. Transfer to Airport at conclusion was well arranged.

Very accessible. Clean and has a nice view.
