Centara Life Muscat Dunes Hotel Reviews

The hotel is ok for the price. Could improve with the interior and amenities. The towels were torn from the edges, bathroom amenities had one gel (not sure if it was shampoo or body wash), and dental kit on request. There's no spa at all as advertised. The swimming pool is on the rooftop. Small but ok. The water bottles in the room are limited to only 2 per day.

We needed a hotel for one night, so we tried to find "economy" class option and chose this hotel. I guess it's quite challenging in Oman. I was a bit disappointed with the experience. The bedsheets and pillows are yellowish colour. So we slept on the duvet cover wearing our clothes. There was an insect on the pillow. Was it a bedbug, a baby cockroach or a mite, I have no idea, but that was awful. One of the windows was broken and open, so we had to sleep like that. There was no "dunes" view like somebody wrote here. The windows are dirty. There are sanitary kits, slippers, 2 bottles of water, but all this don't outweigh the quality of beds. I have to say that the breakfast is delicious with some traditional dishes what is very interesting. Overall, there are, for sure, things to be improved in the rooms.

It has a nice lobby and a quiet place, It has a coffee shop inside the lobby , Maybe on my next visit again I will stay again in this hotel

Splendid service and free upgrade!

I loved this place!!! Food, shisha, taxis everywhere within distance. Hotel staff really nice. There is a swimming pool and spa available too. The only problem was that the breakfast buffet is terrible. They need to make it a lot better! Probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen in hotels that I have visited

Nice hotel, clean, very polite staff! Helped call a taxi at the reception, which is valuable, because the price is immediately lower! I would add disposable slippers in the room, but otherwise everything is worthy! In the room tea, coffee, water, cream. Downstairs in the lobby for guests dates, coffee / tea. A beautiful country and very friendly people! Oman 🇴🇲 thank you 🙏
