Very bad and not comprehensive staff, my flight was canceled due to technical issues and I provided the hotel with the proof but they didn’t want to refund or even just to change the dates

I enjoyed every minute staying here thanks to the guys who arranged a room that fully matched my expectations! Also, beautiful mountain views, very peaceful place. Great people! The team impressed me how attentive they are whenever I had a question or an issue - they made sure it was handled with the high level of professionalism. I was genuinely touched ❤ This friendly and customer-oriented approach made me want to stay longer with them, and I extended this hotel twice. And I definitely get back as soon as I have Oman on my list again to refresh this 10/10 positive experience one more time 🥰

Excellent location! Being close to the Ruwi Bus Station made getting around easier. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

I couldn’t drive myself, so I had to book a hotel next to the bus terminal. There are gathering places for Indians and Pakistanis nearby, and taxis all charge the same price. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal.

The hotel reception was friendly. The facilities were not very new. Breakfast was okay. There were few hot food types, and there were two kinds of fruit, melon and watermelon. There were cucumbers, tomato salad, and mixed salad. They gave me one large bathroom towel and one for wiping my feet.

I only had a short stay in Oman, so it was a good idea to stay at the neighboring hotel, Ruwi, instead of Muscat. The rocky mountain behind the hotel was amazing. You can really feel the majesty of nature. For a hotel of this class, this price is definitely a bargain.
