A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule. Regarding service: - ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw) - 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs - all website-provided informations are up to date - there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm) - staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English. - Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip. Location: a bit far from train & metro stations. Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first. Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

It was clean and they folded your clothes for you. But the quilt was a little short. Aren't foreigners quite tall? I'm 166cm tall and I think it's OK. There is also a 1 meter ✖️1 meter pillow. I don't understand why it is so big. There are two beds in the room. The layout is quite reasonable. Even though the room is small, there is enough space. The empty space in the middle can be used to spread out 3 suitcases. The hot water is very big, very comfortable, and comes quickly! The mirror in the bathroom is a little high, I can only see my head 🥲. The surrounding environment is very good and the air is fresh. There is also a free sauna, but I was a little embarrassed and didn't go.

A very good hotel. Although the rooms are a bit old, they are clean and tidy. The breakfast is also very good and colorful.

The room was very nice and clean, the front desk service was very friendly and the breakfast was very rich.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my son. The hotel itself is very good. There are 3 elevators, a restaurant, a large breakfast room, fitness area and a pool. We enjoyed visiting the pool and had it to ourselves for an hour. The staff at reception, in the breakfast room and in the restaurant are super friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast and it was delicious too. The selection of dishes in the restaurant was not enough for me, but there was a children's menu and the food tasted very good. The portions are huge. The pool area is of course great. Everything was good except the location didn't have much to offer and the other guests were a bit strange. Some sat on the ground outside next to the hotel and drank alcohol. A child ran after my son angrily to drive him away from the hotel and children playing there. We then stayed in our room for the rest of the evening. Otherwise the room was nice, not so modern but clean, the bed nice and soft and quiet. I really liked the play corner next to the restaurant. I've never seen anything like that in a hotel, but I think it's great. Thanks to the staff and maids, you are doing a very good job.

We stayed at Hotel am Moosfeld in October and had very pleasant experience. It's located in residential, suburban area, but it is very well connected to the Munich Fair and the city center by a metro line (the station is just a few minutes' walking distance). The interior of the hotel may not be as modern as expected, but it's very clean and practical). Staff is polite, at the reception desk and in the a la cart restaurant, always trying to be helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Excellent Hotel stayed many times while working in the Exhibition Centre. Excellent Staff, Great Breakfast and Restaurant and Bar at very good rates. Recommend to all my Clients and they all Agreed. Station 8min walk just up the road with very good Service to Town Centre and Ideal to visit Exhibition Centre. MR. HUMPHREY

The hotel is clean and comfortable and well maintained! The reception staff are very helpful especially Mateus. There is a very pleasant bar and restaurant and Natalia goes the extra mile to ensure all your needs are met! The hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast which we couldn’t fault. The hotel provides an indoor swimming pool for use during your stay which was very welcome on hot August days.

It is deeply disappointing that, despite there being no significant costs incurred on your side, we were met with such unaccommodating behavior. The imposition of a 90% cancellation fee seems excessive and unreasonable under the circumstances. I hope that future guests receive a more understanding of your service.
