My mom and I stayed here and we really like it. The room was small but clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. He was very kind and try to help me about request. The price was affordable and included breakfast. Although the sink was a bit leaky, it wasn't a problem for me.

We booked twin room, but we got a room with extra double deck . The reason is " fully booked". We can't even turn freely inside and no where to open our luggages. We pay for space not extra double deck. Check out time is 10:00am!!! Staff are not willing to find any solution or suggestions!

It’s a good hostel at a prime location. The lobby area is quite cool. Overall a nice hostel!

We stayed for 2 more nights in the same room 213 and are very happy with our room and the excellent services from the staff. Because they are a budget place, no kettle and no glass/cup are set in the room. 4 towels and shower gel are provided. The bed covers are made from elastic fabric and they are not smooth. The blankets are made from non-elastic cotton fabric and are very new. They don’t clean our room for the whole 3 nights but no problem. I personally don’t need that.

Extremely clean and quiet, great location and good amenities. Highly recommend!

The location is good. Don't come out from the main gate of the train station. If it is platform 10 or platform 9, I don't remember. Just walk to the roadside. Don't enter the train station and cross the road! (As shown in Figure 1, you can come out directly from the blue-circled platforms. Walk to the roadside and cross the road to get there! Don't be like me and walk to the red-circled terminal, then come out from the main gate, and then walk around a long way to the hotel entrance, only to find that you can walk out directly!!! Similarly, you can take this road to enter the train station!) Back to the topic, the room is actually quite old, and the curtains cannot be fully drawn, but the overall hygiene is pretty good. It looks old but not dirty, and it actually feels like a youth hostel, with upper and lower bunks + two single beds. The price is relatively expensive, but the location is good and understandable. If you don't have enough time, like me, you need to go back and forth to Austria on the same day at the train station, I recommend this hotel, which can save a lot of commuting time! ? The front desk service is very good, and luggage storage is also very convenient! The interior of the room is similar to the official pictures.
