We had late check-in to a room with unexpected problem, our access cards wouldn't work even after the technicians fixed the doors. The hotel decided to upgrade our stay to a bigger room so we could have a good rest. Appreciate it.

its far from bogor attraction.if you a light sleeper avoid room facing road too loud.staf is attentive and brakfast spread is ok serving local food.hotel quite old.

Super nice trip! Last minute booking with family and when we come we get extra upgrades room. The breakfast really rich and the room really comfortable. Definitely will come back and stay more night

Great hotel for family holiday. Kids very happy with the pool and the hotel is not too far from downtown. The staff were very friendly & helpfull

Good and well maintain resort in bogor , the only disadvantage is the location is quite far for city centre

What a great experience! Hotelnya keren abis! Ambience nya Good for family or kalo bisa dibilang kids friendly abis. Bener” notes di request tuh diturutin 😭😭😭dapet complimentary cake wedding anniv juga 😭😭 checkin cepet trs baby box juga ada dan itu free! Aaak luar biasa sekali. Karena pas peak season jadi dapet rate yg overprice but it really worth it guyss. Swimming poolnya keren, ada jogging track, breakfast juga banyak pilihan. Thankyou aston bogor!
