Hotel Biwako Plaza Reviews

The location is excellent. Especially in the morning, Lake Biwa is a place you want to look at forever. If you are staying for multiple nights, you can choose whether or not you want your room cleaned, and the customer service is polite. Meals are served buffet style, and I had curry rice.

It was a bit old, but I could see the Biwako Bridge and the view was pretty good. There is a convenience store nearby if you walk a little.

The front desk staff were very helpful and refreshing.

But the room has a view of the bridge and lake, and breakfast on the 14th floor, the view is good If you are riding a bicycle and staying for 1 night, looking for a convenient route and a favorable price, it is acceptable.

You should seriously avoid this place. The rusty exterior, the only foreign staff, the dark atmosphere of the long corridors, the lack of maintenance inside the rooms, the smell of cigarettes or mold... Overall it was a hotel you should not go to with your family. The hotel was so bad it made me wonder if I was in Japan, and when I asked the receptionist to change to a non-smoking room they coldly replied "No, we don't have any available." In the end we had to go home without staying because my child had a high fever, but I experienced sleep paralysis twice that night, and when I looked into it I found out it was a cursed hotel.

The parking lot is large and it is easy to access by car. Although the facilities are old, the rooms are spacious and clean, so I am satisfied.

Cheapest business hotel. Part of the wall is peeling off, sooty blur, rust is conspicuous around the water, the spring of the bed is weak, and I can barely sleep. The view of Lake Biwa from the window is wonderful. It's a pity that the room is big and the bathtub is a little big.

是比較老舊的飯店，房間空間很大，飯店也有收費的停車場就在旁邊，唯一美中不足的是，太天然的環境，房間會出現昆蟲，著席有嚇了一大跳！

總體來説酒店還可以，附近就有24小時店，挺方便的，還有停車場，房間也很大，就是設施有點老舊。其他都還好。主要是過馬路就可以釣魚了哈哈！

去考大學住的，可以看見琵琶湖，鎮上風景很不錯，酒店自助很好吃，內飾很老了，總體來説很值得的酒店
