I am very mad with this hotel because I tried to cancel my reservation since I got confused about the date, and just 5 minutes after I tried to cancel because I was not going to arrive and they did not accepted my request

Nice hotel in nice location

The hotel is a relatively new hotel, a global chain of Hyatt. The lobby is on the L floor. The room is quite large and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast is rich, and there is a terrace on the L floor of the hotel. I was rushed to check in this time. Go swimming and go to the gym, the front desk service attitude is average, the price/performance ratio is good for a Monterey hotel

The environment is OK. There are many Chinese people staying in the hotel. The swimming pool seems to be average. The surrounding facilities are average. There are no places to eat. The transportation is not very convenient.

酒店環境很好，夜景迷人，服務也可以，周邊吃飯也方便。樓下就有吃飯的餐廳，牛排和披薩都很好吃。酒店附近有沃爾瑪和Live Pool，可以很方便的買東西，值得選擇。

相當意外，以前住希爾頓和假日感覺有點太簡易和不太安全，這次住凱悦真的太棒了！雖然早餐不太多也不夠豐富，但是住宿環境的大幅提高給人整體感覺還是很好的！相當於國內的4星，可能比一些地區4星還好！以後過來就不打算再換了！早餐希望酒店完善和提高水平！

非常的好，房間乾淨整潔，早餐非常棒，食品豐富👍以後到蒙特雷還會入住這裏。
