Shocking so-called hotel . The shower didn't work, no hot water , the place was dirty and not even a duvet on the bed . 2 sheets and a grubby blanket coveredin stains . Was vile ! Worst hotel ever . Do not stay there . Complete horrible place full stop

place is good for an overnyt stay ,has shuttle bus go and to airport.just noisy bcoz too close of planes take off and landing😇put more soundproof rooms thanks

Suitable for a night near the airport. Room was large and clean. The airport pickup at T3 is at pole 17, which is mostly a park and ride zone. Call the hotel to arrange airport pickup.

The hotel is pretty basic and at a very good proximity to the Airport. Neat and smart but ABIT old .

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Excellent service from the owner who made sure the shuttle bus came to pick me up even though it was after midnight when I arrived at the airport. The manager was very helpful in taking my suitcases to my room and making sure to book the shuttle to get me to the airport for 6am. I would highly recommend this hotel

Terrible service , very rude at the front desk . Rooms were nothing like the pictures they were very small and very dirty . Bathroom was gross with hair all over in the tub and dirt . Would not go back .

It was raining heavily in New York, and all airports were closed. We were unable to land, which caused the flight to be delayed and even cancelled. We were forced to stay for one night. The area around the hotel was quite empty and there was nothing. The hotel did not provide hot water or a kettle. The facilities were poor. It was OK to stay for one night temporarily, but it was unbearable to stay for more than one night.

Free Shuttle is good, but the front desk phone is difficult to get through
