Hotel near airport. Great free shuttle service with very nice and helpful drivers. Fast and efficient check in. Very Fast check out. Spacious room with great view. Beautiful large window. Large and comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Negative notes: Slippers are not available, are necessary. The sink was clogged. Missing soap for shower.

The hotel is old but the rooms are big and spacious. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff was friendly. Free parking. Dennys was on site, which was nice. The pool has a huge water slide.

I have booked a room for 3 guest but there are two incidence charges (CAD20x2). According to my travel experience, there should be one charge per room.
Upon check out, there is no mention about the refund of incidence charge, UNTIL I raise this question.
I think better communication skill can avoid any unnecessary miss-understanding.

GGuest UserThe room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at.
The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all.
Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby.
Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.

DDayuchengThe hotel has good supporting facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. The room is very large, even a little spacious. The biggest disadvantage is that the hotel is close to the airport runway and has poor sound insulation. Except for the airport being closed from 2-6AM, planes take off and land frequently during the rest of the time and the noise is very loud.

GGuest UserGood place to stay. But the heater noise was kinda loud but not warm enough. We thought that it was all like in Canada that however, we stayed at the other hotel the next day, they had an LG air conditioner with a heater. The heater was very quiet and very warm. We even had to open the window somehow.

SScott LeonardThis hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Staff is friendly and there is even self serve laundry in case you need it.

XxiaofeiThe location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service
