I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room are very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities complete but it just ready for only one person. The location was also ideal — close to everything but quiet enough to get a good night’s rest. Overall was good 👏🏽

There was no hot water in the shower. Few electrical outlets in the room should be added next to the bed.

It was not a good experience because the bathroom was not clean. I had a problem with my shower and i told a guy who was at the receptionist desk about it but he didnt take note or do something about it. I didnt have a good shower because of that!!! Very frustrating and bad experience.

Good location near Mall, clean and tidy room, toilet is spacious, staff are responsive.

had a wonderful stay at the Dynasty Hotel. The room was clean and the location was just great. We walked to restaurant nearby. The room we choose come with breakfast.

The location is very nice, near Times Square,  and u can find some kopitiam nearby.  the room is okay, quite clean and service is very nice

Location is unbeatable. The only problem during my stay was the bathroom sink was partially clogged. It took quite a while for the water to go down. I ended up brushing my teeth and washing my face in the shower cubicle. I did not call the hotel staff as it was only one night.
