I stayed here more than two weeks, they charge me 7 times for deposit, they said once I checkout they will refund me , but I didn’t get any refund. I checked out at 1st Dec , until now I didn’t get any refund. I called them four times but they always said wait , and in the last time they even hang up my phone. They steal me more than 60 USD, how can I get my money back? thief hotel!
