The meal is a very delicious breakfast. The menu is also available and substantial. I was in trouble because there were no slippers in the room. I think the location is because we chose a suburban hotel due to our problem. There was the same hotel in the city. There is no problem with the staff's response.

A good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast
