It was impeccable. The staff was super accommodating and flexible, the facilities were new and sparkling, the gym was basic but the cardio machines were new and awesome, the breakfast was great, and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Highly recommended for anyone attending the Fairs. Perfect! Shame the pool was closed for exactly the three days I was there.

I came here to say for the weekend with my mom as it was my birthday. We stayed on the VIP floor (which I would recommend doing, extra little goodies). I highly recommended this hotel. The staff are an absolute delight and are extremely helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is amazing, and the smell…….Smells gorgeous every time I walk in. The metro station is literally a 2 min walk away and you’ll be in cathedral square in less than 10 mins (about 5-7mins). Excellent location and the bar and restaurant are lovely too. The room is very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. I like how they give you wash cloths as well. Would deffo stay here again 10/10.
