The hotel's address is great, the cathedral and shopping area are within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious and the facilities in the room are very good. But!!! They put me on the 1st floor! It's just a mezzanine! The lighting is very poor, the ceiling is very low, and the room is warm after the air conditioner is on all night. The window is lower than my sight line, and I bend down to look out the window (so the lighting is poor). From the outside, the windows on the 1st floor are 1/3 of the windows above the 2nd floor! The ones above are all real floor-to-ceiling windows! I don't know why they allocate rooms like this!
