Not in the city centre but public transportation is very convenient. Friendly staff and we were allowed early admission as we arrived early. Room was big enough for three person. Breakfast was too good to consume all. Highly recommend

The location is quite far away from some major tourist spots (30 minutes tram from duomo), however the price is very decent for the quality they served. There are some minor issues (I think there is a problem with locking my door, and the curtain is quite troublesome to close, also there ia no chatging port near to the bed, instaed are around the tables or at the end of my bed.), but cannot complain with its price. They also serves a very decent breakfast with various of choices and fruit, which I enjoyed a lot. Overall it is a very happy experience to stay.

Very nice hotel and very clean.. The location isn't in the heart of the city but still very easy access to all transportation in milan. Breakfast was good and with variety.. Reception guys were polite and helpful.. Highly recommended

Everything is great, I liked the hotel. Breakfasts are good. Bus stop nearby.

We booked a double room, but upon arrival we were given a large bed and a sofa bed, of which the large bed was two beds put together.

The hotel is clean, with shower gel and shampoo. The food is also good. It is not far from the exhibition and the city center, about 13 minutes away. The service attitude is good! I will stay here again next time.

Hotel with a very friendly staff, the facilities are quite clean and tidy, the room and bathroom are spacious, the bed is quite comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding although it needs more fresh fruit.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in so many countries in Europe. The location is terrible. I thought it was a good neighborhood from the pictures, but it turned out to be far and remote. The hygiene is not up to standard. There were blood stains on the bedsheets when I first arrived. There were blood stains on the new bedsheets the next day. There was no bill for the water in the refrigerator. I thought it was free like in Spain, but they charged us 3 euros before we left. They said they charged us for two bottles of four. It's just a trick! The good reviews are probably fake, so avoid it!

When you pay the city tax, it is best to pay it when you check out or pay by credit card. Don't pay it in cash like I did when I checked in. As a result, due to a mistake made by their staff, they said that I did not pay it and the surveillance video could not be checked. I called the staff who checked me in and he said he could not remember. Although I did not pay it in the end, it really affected my mood. If I had not been in a hurry to catch a plane, I would definitely have waited there for him to check the surveillance video.
