The staff's helpfulness is noteworthy, particularly their willingness to store luggage for extended periods - a convenience I personally appreciated when leaving my bags for four days. Despite the minor noise issues, the hotel's prime location and thoughtful amenities make it a solid choice for those prioritizing convenience in Milan.

Everything is as advertised so I am giving this hotel 5 stars. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, coming from a long flight from Asia. Very close/short walk from Milano Centrale which made our commute to tourist and shopping spots very convenient. Room was small but comfortable, linens and towels are clean and we had a great sleep. Reception was also helpful.

Great location! Walking distance to amazing shopping, Milan’s sights and across the street from the train station. Rooftop bar is so worth the visit. Breakfast was just want we wanted to complete our visit in Italy. Staff was helpful and nice.

The best decision to choose this hotel located a stone throw away to thr milano central with access to metro. Superb bfast and rhe receptionist was super friendly and helpful. If u are thinking of booking a hotel in milan this is the place Go for it, the only thing that not nice is the vibration from the tramp

Great hotel we got a not too nice room but hotel was great breakfast was excellent too.

Nearby and Walking Ditance ti Milan main train starion. Very new and modern hotel with modern fixtures. Love the shower and jacuzzi bath tub.

The room condition and service were both very good. It was close to the station, so it was perfect for a one-night stay.

I used this hotel because I was looking for a place as close to the central station and airport as possible for Schengen. It's right in front of the central station and close to Linate Airport. The advantage is that it is close to the station so you can move around Milan easily, but since the subway passes under the hotel, it is quite noisy. When I book a hotel, I always ask for a quiet room, but this hotel is far from quiet. They made a reservation for a drop-off to Linate Airport, but since we are leaving at 6 a.m., it is better to go to Linate Airport by taxi or shuttle from the central station right in front unless it is early in the morning. It's about 7-8km, but it feels very close.

Great location. 3 min walk from Milano Central Station. 15-20 min by metro to all tourist spots. Bar, gym, pool, and other nice facilities. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no bathtub and the hairdryer was broken.

The location is very good. The front is too small, so be careful. The hotel rooftop sign is obvious. It is directly opposite the central station. The sanitation is good. The room is too small. Please store your luggage.

Not bad. The drinks in the refrigerator are actually free. The bar upstairs also gives you a glass of wine or coffee after check-in. That's great. The sauna is also good.

New hotel, very clean, opposite the train station, but the surrounding environment is not chaotic. The breakfast is rich and the service staff is very friendly. Although the shower room is a bit not airtight, the bed is just right and I like it very much. Mini bar drinks are free.
