A good place to stay in Kuala Terengganu. Even thought the room is small but it is clean, a lot of eateries nearby within walking distances

Can be better by providing toothpaste as i was in hurry forget to bring mine ended has to go to nearest 711 to buy…. N extra pillow .. From 1 day ask for extra pillow n been told that no pillow available

Room is clean and comfortable for short stay. Hallway is a bit smelly due to few customers put their shoes outside. Near to Nasken coffee, and few restaurants within 50m. Recommended

Check in was really bad as the staff was not around. He was sleeping upstairs in their staff room. It was 1.30am in the morning and I just reach KT from KL. I’ve called the hotel and inform I will be check in late that night.

Service is good... however room of improvement as below: *Room is good, clean, but too small *no minibar *need to have floor mat since room flooring is not carpeted, floor wet every time comes out from washroom *stayed at 4th floor but need to go 3rd floor for ironing. So inconvenient *Surau dirty and stuffy, no fan *Photo of Sultan Mizan is already faded at the lobby, and no Prime Minister photo..
