Everything is good there except the annoying 20Euro/day per person extra for the swimming pool šŸŠā™‚ļø.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. The rooms are very large and comfortable.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well throughout the entire trip. Communication with the hotel was very good, with quick response time from the staff. The hotel is well located near a metro stop which takes you directly to the Duomo and the city centre, and doesn't take long to get to/from Linate airport either.

Great hotel I have stayed at several times. Very comfortable, slept great. The concierge,Bernie, is just the BEST. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well.

Very poor wifi, unfriendly staff, no mineral water in the room, you should to pay for wateršŸ˜³, breakfast terrible, location is far from dumo, high value for this hotel, I do not offer to anybody at all

It is right near the metro to help you easily get from place to place. The hotel itself was amazing the rooms were beautiful and had great amenities. Room service was good too. Breakfast was in the winter garden which I loved. (Pictures are things I saw in Milan getting to all of them with the metro)

We rested, so to speak, in this hotel for 5 days. For 4 days we woke up with severe itching, but could not understand what was wrong until we saw a bug crawling on our robe. We began to inspect the entire room and found bedbugs. We couldnā€™t even think that this was possible in a 4-star hotel!!! The last night before a long and difficult flight, we could not sleep. We had a lot of luggage, which upon arrival home had to be first treated with chemicals before being brought into the house. When we reported the problem to the hotel, they didn't even apologize, they simply said that our room had been checked before we checked in and there were no bedbugs! If you donā€™t want to be bitten or bring insects in your suitcase, I under no circumstances recommend this hotel to you.
