Excellent location in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities at the hotel were very good. Rooms were very modern and clean and nice touches such as Nespresso machine and mini bar were great. Overall a lovely trip.

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay —a family Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby. My son was unwell during the trip and it’s really comforting that the stay was great for him to rest and recover. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was amazing! The breakfast served was also good, we like the hot dishes that we chose English breakfast, scrambled eggs and salmon 👍! Very cosy, comfortable and pleasant experience!

un-pleasant smell from bathroom and tired for running over to front desk for complain and checked out any alternative for change room . Due to full occupancy and no way to change made us un- happy stay and exhausted.

I like the town of Stratford very much. The rooms are very unique. If there is no space in the parking lot, park next to the NPC for 11 pounds a day. Breakfast is a la carte, the minibar is quite rich, the bathroom is well decorated and there is plenty of hot water!

Right in Shakespeare Town, the lobby is lovely, the room is quite big, the food is good, very English, the breakfast is English, so-so, the dinner is good

The room was nice, but the front desk staff needs to be more patient and attentive.

非常棒的酒店，位置在小鎮中心，去莎士比亞故居步行五分鐘，花園和餐廳連着環境很好，酒店的早餐，咖啡和酒吧都很贊，房間也乾淨寬敞，值得再去！

位置很好，就在莎士比亞新居和學校對面，衹是招牌比較小，不顯眼，幾次路過都忽略了。前台小哥非常熱情，介紹了很好的餐廳，早餐非常豐盛，推薦！
