Miami Beach Hotels with Wi-Fi

It was wonderful having the ocean in your backyard. Pool was amazing especially at night. Room was smaller than we had expected. The location was amazing. Shops and restaurants lined the streets.

This hotel is all about the design! Every corner is picturesque and worse Instagram! However rooms are tiny. The pool is great there and everything is in cute pink. You have to walk couple of blocks to get to the beach. And couldn’t find where is the hotel’s beach beds.

The first room we were offered was dirty (dirty carpet, dirty bathroom and a lot of dust. We went to complain and they gave us a clean one. Service is not good. It depends a lot on the person serving you. The restaurant's exceptional food is fourth. Great pool. Good place.

The service is average, the facilities are good, and the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. Very impatient. Ask the front desk hotel what content, let us see for ourselves. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very good, but I hope the service can also keep up.

Super clean hotel, wonderful bed, quiet room, excellent shower. The pool is very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful and served us a delicious cookie at the entrance and two beautiful returnable bottles of water in the room. I highly recommend the hotel!!!’

perfect location to walk to everywhere. pool & beach area are worth the price alone. poolside service & food was good. some rooms are updated and some are not. we had 2 rooms, one 2 bed updated room that was nice but the pipes made a noise every time the water was turned on. another king bed small suite that was not updated. I enjoyed this room as it had a walk in closet, kitchenette, separate sitting area & partial ocean view. the kitchenette could of had a microwave, would of made it better. overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay. Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start. Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music. The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

Our experience was very bad. Check in took 30 minutes. We went to the beach to discover there was NO BEACH CHAIRS available. Just terrible. We had to lay on our towels in the sand.The front desk person was a trainee and did not have the correct knowledge of the rooms as she said one of our rooms had a partial beach view when in fact it had a front beach view. The other room she said had a partial view when in fact it had NO BEACH view. You had to go onto the terrace to see a sliver of water at the extreme left.
