Loved our stay here. We just stayed a night before hiking to Ushguli. The person at reception was so friendly and helpful. We helped us arrange a driver and store our luggage while we hiked. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Room was clean and bathroom had nice hot water.

Mestia, a famous tourist attraction in Georgia, has beautiful Caucasus mountain scenery. We checked in on September 24th. It was a bit cold in the morning and evening. The hotel is located in a local town. It is quite large and also runs a restaurant. Standard rooms, similar to domestic chain stores. The disadvantage is the internet card and weak signal.

This hotel is located in the center of Mestia, with convenient transportation. There are markets and supermarkets nearby, as well as banks where it is very convenient to exchange money. The exchange rate is relatively high and it is quite cost-effective.

Good location, room with balcony, best view, rich breakfast. The hotel does not have an elevator, so avoid climbing the stairs with large suitcases.

The woman at the front desk looked very impatient and spoke very poorly, which negated any good impression of the room.

The balcony door of the special room is broken and the window cannot be opened. It's boring.

Make sure what you are looking for before selecting this hotel. This is not one of the luxuries hotels but it is coxy, simple, clean and very central hotel to access to the stores, restaurants and town stores. No A/C is available. Therefore, if your room looks to the west, your room will be very hot during Summer. We found out lobby personnel are very friendly buddy. Yes, there is no daily cleaning and housekeeping.

No dayly cleaning or change og towels, slightly smelly bathroom, hairdryer not working. No appropriate information about suitable trekking routes. Just tried to sell driver, which we had no need for having our own 4WD. Uncharming hotel decor and disappointing view from balcony. Quite expensive, I would recommend to go elsewhere.

The hotel is located in the centre of Mestia and is very cozy, with comfortable rooms. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a nice restaurant with variety of delicious food. We were a group of friends visiting Svaneti for the first time, thank you for an amazing experience and unforgettable moments, definitely gonna come back to your place! Good luck

Hotel is more like a hostel for hikers than a hotel. Room was large but empty with basics, ie beds. No safe, no closet, no water, no coffee. Room was hot and stuffy. Poor shower, basically dripped on you. Bed uncomfortable and mattress desperately needs replacing. Good things were it was clean and staff were nice.
