Orange Hotel (Shanghai North Bund Tilanqiao Metro Station) Reviews

recently stayed at the Orange Hotel in Shanghai and overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The desk service was outstanding, with staff being friendly and attentive. However, one downside was the smell in the corridors, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, while the suite was decent, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The location is a big plus, as it’s very close to Raffles Shopping Center, making it convenient for shopping and dining. I would recommend the hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent service, but I hope they can address the issues with the corridors.

Service was nice. Receptionists were adorable. We arrived one hour and we left one hour after the booking schedule and they told us there was no problem. The orange theme was perfect. With a little bit of orange tooth paste to start and end the day. As well as soap, shampoo, air conditioner. We had a nice view on the shanghai and telecomunication tower that brings nice lights to the view we had. The location is perfect just 2 metro station away from the Huangpu river. For us one of the most important point is you don’t need to go down if you order food, stuff from supermarket or restaurant but there is a little cute robot that brings your stuff to your room. In the room we booked you had the right to many different light setup which is ideal. Thank you for welcoming us.

I stayed here for 6 days 5 nights. The hotel’s location is perfect. It is near Tilanqiao 提篮桥 metro station (exit 4) which is less than 5 minutes walk and near the Raffles City shopping mall. You can get delicious food, snacks and daily essentials in the mall. Also, the North Bund riverside walkway is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel to get a good view of the Pearl tower and the city skyline. I like this hotel’s location because it’s less crowded, has a ‘neighbourhood vibe’ and can reach all the tourists spots by metro within few metro stops which is very convenient. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is nice and worth the price! We get to sample local breakfast cuisine. Hotel room is clean and comfortable too! Well done to the housekeeper. The hotel also provides complimentary mandarin oranges. It’s a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. We received two pastries as souvenirs upon check out. It’s a small gesture that truly warms the heart.
