Let’s talk about the advantages first: it’s close to the subway station, you can get there in a few minutes, and it’s very convenient to travel. I ordered it because of this. Disadvantages: The sound insulation is so bad that it is unbearable. At around 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I don't know which room next door was watching TV. I could hear the lines clearly, as if I was watching TV. There was also the sound of talking, and I couldn't sleep until one forty. I wanted to get up early to watch the sunrise, but I didn’t get a good rest at all. There was also the issue of the name of the hotel. Both delivery guys said they had never heard of this hotel and couldn't find it. They asked us where it was. We were from out of town and couldn't tell clearly. Later, they could only change it to Home Inn downstairs. It is recommended that the hotel pay attention to this issue.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It's right next to the subway entrance. It's convenient to go everywhere. There's a night market next to it, which is also very convenient for eating. The room is quite big. but: 1️⃣Poor hygiene: There was water on the toilet seat when I came in, and there was paper in the toilet trash can. 2️⃣There is dust everywhere: places that are rarely used have not been wiped at all, including the bedside lamp. When I asked the housekeeper to wipe it, she actually said: "There is just dust here. If you don't believe me, I will come back an hour after wiping it." There’s just so much dust here. “I’m sorry, but there was no dust after four days of cleaning. 3️⃣Lack of timely cleaning: finished water bottles and finished instant noodles are not cleaned up. 4️⃣The maintenance was not timely: I ran back to the hotel to watch the Olympics, but the TV was broken. It was not repaired until the afternoon of the next day (after urging me countless times, one front desk had to talk to another front desk again after work, I was speechless) 5️⃣Is air conditioning effective? The air conditioner stops every time when the lights are turned off at night...

The service environment is very poor. On the first day of check-in, I reported that the TV was broken and it was not repaired until I checked out. If it was not repaired, they would not say anything. There was no solution. Even if I asked to change the TV, they would not change it. If the TV could not be changed, I would change the room. Okay, can't the subtext be fixed so that I can understand that I can just live there? Forget it, I told you to change the bedding when you go out and it will still be the same when you come back. For cleaning, you just put a set of toothbrushes in and that’s it. I hope everyone can avoid this pitfall.

The bathroom in the room had a strong smell of urine. The soundproofing effect of the room was very poor. People were walking around and talking in the corridor and could be heard clearly. I found a piece of hair on the bed sheet. Worrying about hygiene

酒店環境超級棒，裝修的非常好看，而且房型也很大，還配了小度智能管家，需要什麼直接叫小度就可以。 服務也特別棒，前台小姐姐們的服務也特別好，開車來的，可以免費停車，就是車位比較緊張。 附近美食也很多，晚上還有路邊攤（沒吃過，但是聞着很香） 總之是一次非常棒的入住體驗

房間挺好的有智能小度控制家電，房間空間也挺大的，環境不錯，酒店有洗衣房和烘乾機洗衣服很方便，客房和前台服務熱情，出門就是地鐵站很方便，挺好的酒店，衞生打掃的也乾淨整潔

來青島出差選擇了這家酒店，和網上的評論一樣好。房間很寬敞，也很乾凈，裏面有小度，非常智能。前台的小姐姐服務很熱情，給推薦了好吃的青島炒菜。酒店位置也方便，出門步行兩分鐘就是地鐵口。下次過來還會選擇。

如家集團新品牌，剛裝修好，房間有些不知道是甲醛還是啥的味道，熱水不夠燙，淋浴間的地板做成貝殼狀不是平整的地面，踩著不舒服，也看不出有任何美感的必要，建議打掉整改。洗衣房只有一台烘衣機，有些不夠，整個樓層有四十多間房哪！可能是在馬路邊的緣故，總覺得家具上有些灰，整體來說，還有許多改進空間。

非常乾淨 交通便利 出門就是夜市 樂客城 購物廣場 還有免費停車場 環境不錯 房間簡單整潔 非常適合旅行遊玩 唯一的不好就是沒有窗户 不過問題不大

房間挺好的，住的很舒服，床上四件套很柔軟，房間有小度控制家電省事了，衞生打掃的仔細乾淨，前台小姐姐服務態度很好很熱情，整體很好

智能家居很方便，設施都比較新，走廊和室內都比較敞亮，餐廳比較大，除了離城南的景點比較遠不方便外，其他都很好，但離地鐵口近，也適合自駕。
