The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained. Definitely a great option for accommodation!

My mum and I stayed here for a week whilst visiting family. It was clean, comfortable, had a lovely view of the lake and an excellent breakfast! It’s a 2 min walk away from the High St tram stop and a quick journey to the city centre both by tram or taxi.

It was a pleasant stay. We stayed as family with two kids. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was enjoyable. With car, was convenient to travel within city too. I recommend pullman hotel if you travel with family.

Lovely alternative to stay away from Melbourne CBD. It’s next to Yarra river which is really nice to walk around in the morning

It was a complete photo scam. The photos on the website have nothing to do with reality. The real thing is broken, old and dirty. Although Ctrip followed up promptly and made corresponding compensation, it really cannot compensate for the time and mental loss caused by this! I hope Ctrip can strengthen the verification of photos! In addition, the attitude of the Indian service staff at the front desk of the hotel is also disappointing!

The hotel service is very enthusiastic, the rooms are large, the facilities are slightly old, but the functions are complete, it is close to the park, the environment is beautiful, and there are few businesses nearby. It is suitable for chartered or group travel options.

We are very disappointed with the management of this hotel. We booked seven rooms and chose twin beds (can be a king-size bed or a twin bed). On January 13, we contacted Ctrip customer service to make changes, changing to 2 king-size beds, 4 twin beds, and 1 triple room. After communicating with the hotel, Ctrip customer service replied to the email saying that the change had been made and that the change to a triple room could be paid on the spot. The day before check-in, we specifically called the hotel reservation department and the front desk, but they didn't know about the room type change. We explained the situation over the phone again, and they said they had recorded it. In the evening, we were worried, so a staff member went to the hotel front desk specifically to confirm again. The hotel front desk actually said that they didn't know about this situation, but they could record it. They recorded the required room type on the spot, and then we paid the upgrade fee for the triple room. I thought it would be okay now. As a result, when the guests checked in the next day, there was still a mistake in the room, and the bed was left as a king-size bed. Finally, it took more than half an hour to coordinate and change the room again! ! How can such management be rated as a five-star hotel? ? ?

The hygiene is very average, the pillows are yellow, the sheets have holes, the room facilities are old, the shower water has very little pressure and is hot and cold, and the hotel does not provide mineral water.

Except for the twin beds, it was totally different from the room pictures. I felt like I spent the money of Pullman Hotel but was arranged the room of Mercure Hotel. The receptionist was an Asian with poor service attitude. I can only say that the room description is for reference only, and everything is subject to the actual product.
